Just kidding obviously cigars are gross and bad for you but one a day ain’t gonna kill you unless you get cancer from it. Arnold is healthier than most 73 year olds and that’s because even with some of his unhealthy behaviors he has lifted and done cardio almost daily for about 55 years.
